Thalia Harrington, PE

Project Manager

Thalia Harrington is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Manager.

Thalia graduated from the University of Vermont and began her career in the solid waste industry. As a Special Waste Environmental Analyst at Casella, she reviewed analytical data for various waste streams to determine how the waste meets acceptance criteria into non-hazardous landfills. During this time she also gained experience with environmental regulations and completing quarterly and annual reports to state agencies.

Thalia is a licensed Professional Engineer licensed in Maine and New Hampshire, and a Project Manager at St.Germain. She continues to work with the solid waste industry and has expanded her areas of expertise to include Oil SPCC Plans and stormwater management. She uses HydroCAD and AutoCAD C3D to evaluate the available capacity of earthen containment structures at petroleum bulk plants, to ensure there is enough capacity to prevent a release of oil into the environment. Thalia also inspects existing stormwater structures and provides guidance to clients for maintaining them in proper working order.

Thalia lives in Gray with her partner and two cats. In her free time Thalia enjoys trips to the beach, running, hiking, skiing and fixing up their new home.
