Donald McFadden, President of Black Point Environmental, will join the St.Germain team as Senior Project Manager. Don will continue to serve his existing clients and provide expanded services to our clients. Don specializes in environmental risk management – providing due diligence services to lending institutions, law firms and commercial real estate developers throughout Maine. In addition to his environmental investigation and remediation work as a Maine Certified Geologist, Don also has expertise in water resource management, from permitting gravel pits and quarries for the aggregate industry to ensuring that fire professionals have access to adequate water capacity to protect homes and businesses in rural Maine.
