Johnathan Molloy, PE

Johnathan Malloy, PE, is a Project Manager and licensed Professional Engineer in 40 states
A Corinth native and University of Maine, Orono, grad, Johnathan’s experience ranges from inspecting and analyzing communication towers as a field engineer to covering state and municipal government projects from urban redevelopment to bridge construction, utility reconstruction, and ADA accessibility upgrades for public right of ways.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in many states, but was drawn back to southern Maine for the small-town quality of life and access to outdoor activities. At St.Germain, Johnathan manages and designs site development projects and also helps clients with applications, correspondence, and municipal/state meetings. He enjoys helping people design and build a wide array of things in an environmentally conscious manner, hopefully adding to our collective quality of life. Never afraid to learn something new, Johnathan is trained to climb towers, scuba dive, and operate excavators, and is also certified in concrete and asphalt inspection.
Johnathan lives in Kennebunk with his wife, young son, one dog, and two cats. In his free time, you’ll find him kayaking, camping, fishing, playing retro video games, building lego sets with his toddler, traveling up the coast, or maintaining his family’s 200-year-old house. Johnathan is also a member of the West Kennebunk Village Committee, which hosts events for local families several times a year.
