Mike Rioux is a Senior Regulatory Specialist at St.Germain and is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. Working in the industrial sector and as an environmental consultant since 1992, Mike has considerable experience applying environmental regulations to industrial and commercial operations. Mr. Rioux specializes in compliance program design, environmental auditing, ISO 14001 development and maintenance, air toxics vulnerability analyses, integrated contingency plans, air emission inventories and air permitting, conducting cost savings and compliance efficiency assessments, hazardous waste determinations and management, wastewater and stormwater permitting and SWPPPs.
Prior to joining St.Germain, Mr. Rioux was employed as President of MPR Environmental Management, Inc., Director of Compliance for Environmental Chemistry Consultants, Inc. and as Environmental Manager for Bath Iron Works at the Bath, Brunswick and Portland, Maine facilities.
